with Chef Norman Musa
Following his hugely successful class in October 2016, we are thrilled to welcome back renowned chef, teacher, author and Kuala Lumpur’s food ambassador to Cooks. There is no denying Norman’s talents know no bounds, and he is bringing that talent back to Cooks in 2017.
The course promises to be a fun-packed, creative class preparing, cooking and eating a range of Malaysian dishes, including a wealth of tips, techniques, and flavours proving why this is one of the world’s favourite cuisines.
Norman was born in Penang and is a passionate ambassador for Malaysian food as well as co-founder of Ning restaurant in Manchester, UK. He has featured on Tom Kerridge’s Best Ever Dishes on BBC2, Sunday Brunch on Channel 4, MasterChef Malaysia, Islam Channel, BBC World & other TV and radio channels.
