Forget the burnt bangers, on this full-day course we’ll be taking the British passion for a summer barbecue and turning it into something extra-special: we promise to show you something more than wrapping fish in tin foil!
The course promises both an intense and fun-filled day working through several dishes. All the recipes incorporate a broad range of skills, techniques and ingredients to show just how exciting barbecue cooking can be. Some of the food cooked will be served for lunch.
The class is a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstration. We do all the washing up, and all you have to do is come and have fun!
There will be no more than twelve** in the class, and every student will have a workstation space.
You will enjoy this course should you want to make your cooking on the barbecue more than burnt offerings; want to be inspired with innovative ways to use the grill; recreate those flavours at home and cook fabulous food to impress friends and family, then this is the course for you.
You will leave Cooks with the skills to confidently prepare and cook a range of dishes n the barbecue. All dishes are prepared from scratch and include a range of essential skills.
