On this fun one-day course, we will take you through a range of classical Provencal dishes resulting in a three-course meal. The class is a mixture of hands-on cooking and demonstration. We do the weighing out for you and all the washing up. All you have to do is come and have a good time!
There will be no more than ten in the class and every student will have their own workstation
You will enjoy this course if you wish to learn more about the ingredients, preparation and cooking of a three course Provencal meal from scratch. Some of the food cooked will be served for lunch. The remaining you can take home!
