Andrew Smyth’s Introduction to Pâtisserie

If you love baking and want to build you confidence and skill set, Andrew Smyth is coming to Cooks to
introduce you to the art of patisserie.

Andrew Smyth was a finalist on The Great British Bake Off 2016 and wowed us all by combining his baking and engineering skills to produce some amazing cakes and desserts.

This introductory course is all about fancy bakes with seasonal flavours. Andrew will talk you through
the do’s and don’ts of pastry and provide you with a knowledge, and some recipes, that you can take home.

This course promises to be an interactive and fun filled day, pulling together different techniques and
ingredients to make some show-stopping bakes.

Lunch will be provided. There will be no more than 10 in the class and every student will have a workstation space and will go home with their own Cooks apron.
