We are taking robust measures to ensure that the wellbeing of our guests and employees is of paramount importance during the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
We are closely monitoring official advice and guidelines. We are vigilant in ensuring all our staff have been fully briefed and are constantly updated on the ongoing situation.
We take great pride in always maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our venue and in response to the Coronavirus, we have taken additional measures to make our cleaning protocol even more rigorous.

Please also be aware of the following:

Please use hand sanitiser on entry to the venue, before & after visiting bathrooms. They are located around the building.

Our staterooms are large with socially distanced tables

Contactless payments where possible please

QR code will remain visible on entry to encourage people to use

Party organiser details are taken upon time of booking for Track & Trace purposes.

EVENT BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the full terms and conditions before purchasing.

Due to the nature of our business, all bookings and tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON- TRANSFERABLE to alternative dates or events. However, in the unfortunate circumstance that you can no longer attend, we offer a gesture of goodwill policy, that allows you to gift the original date/booking into an alternative name. Providing we are notified within 48 hours in writing. Tickets are only refundable if we (the venue) cancel or reschedule the event, under severe /unfortunate circumstances, of which you will be notified in advance of the event date.

Covid19 Policy – We pride ourselves on a consistent and fair approach to ALL, so based on the current climate that is ever-changing around Covid19 restrictions/isolation periods/tiers/quarantine, the following terms apply when booking: ~ Any booking is only transferable, a voucher or can be gifted, in the event you are tested positive for covid19. A refund only applies if we have a national lockdown enforced by the government. ~ Thank you for your understanding at this difficult time.
