We are taking robust measures to ensure that the wellbeing of our guests and employees is of paramount importance during the global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
We are closely monitoring official advice and guidelines. We are vigilant in ensuring all our staff have been fully briefed and are constantly updated on the ongoing situation.
We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our venue at all times and in response to the Coronavirus, we have taken additional measures to make our cleaning protocol even more rigorous.
Please also be aware of the following:
Please use hand sanitiser on entry to the venue, before & after visiting bathrooms. They are located around the building.
Please wear a mask while entering, exiting, and walking around the building.
Please keep to the left in corridors
All bathrooms are one in/one out system where possible
Table service during your visit, please leave your table for the bathroom where possible
Our staterooms are large with socially distanced tables
Contactless payments where possible please
Party organiser details are taken upon time of booking for Track & Trace purposes.

EVENT BOOKING TERMS & CONDTIONS
We pride ourselves on a consistent and fair approach to ALL, so based on the current climate that is everchanging around Covid restrictions/isolation periods/tiers/quarantine, the following terms apply when booking:
Any booking is only transferable, a voucher or can be gifted
A refund only applies if we have a national lockdown

As of the 3rd December, Carlton Towers will be in tier 2, therefore, all our events visible online or on our social media will be going ahead as planned with all social distancing measures in place.
As a business we cannot advise individuals, so please refer to the government guidelines for your area/tier.
