For centuries, everything at Carlton Towers has been specifically crafted for the house. From its Victorian Gothic architecture and bespoke decorations to much of the original furnishings. The results of craftsmen, artists and artisans is in evidence everywhere.

Today, we carry that ethos through to the way we care for you, our guest. Your stay, your wedding, your menus – whatever your reason for visiting – will be planned meticulously to ensure your thorough enjoyment.

DINING EXPERIENCES

For a limited number of nights throughout the year, our chefs prepare a selection of menus to celebrate the seasonal flavours of the estate. Hosted in the magnificent Staterooms, the dining experiences are open to individual bookings and coincides with our Luxury Stay experiences.

The Nursery Wing, the Batchelors Wing or the iconic Clock Tower - Where will you stay? Our 16 guest rooms are named after the family’s ancestors. Each room has its own unique character, antique furnishings and bespoke décor, all designed by Emma Fiztalan Howard.

Stay for Lunch

There is no rush to leave. Book a light lunch or afternoon tea in the elegant Duchess’s Dining Room or wander out to Stables Tearoom in the estate grounds for freshly brewed coffee and home-baked cakes.
