Pure honey will granulate or become solid in cool weather, this condition is in fact the best proof of its quality. It can be restored to the liquid state by standing the jar in hot water, first loosening the cap. Do not exceed 40°C. Store at room temperature.

“At MI Honey Apiaries, we meticulously extract our honey to ensure its quality and preserve its natural health benefits. We begin by carefully selecting capped honey frames directly from our hives. Using uncapping tools, we gently remove the wax cappings before spinning the honey out with an electric extractor. The honey is then strained through a fine filter and allowed to settle for 24 hours in a settling tank. Finally, it is jarred and labelled with care. Throughout this process, we take every precaution to maintain the integrity of the honey, ensuring that its rich flavour and beneficial properties are fully preserved.
