A special treat for guests during dinner will be a glass of award-winning Carlton Towers Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine from the Walled Garden Vineyard, set within the grounds of the estate.
The packages are available on two nights - February 14th - 15th and February 15th - 16th 2025, and cost £350 per couple sharing a deluxe double room or £400 for one of the luxuriously styled suites, located within the main house.

Mix up the fun this Valentine’s Day with a Cocktail Masterclass at Carlton Towers, one of Yorkshire’s finest privately owned stately homes.
Learn from the experts how to create a rose infused ‘Love Potion’ or a chocolate covered ‘Strawberry Martini”, in an event hosted by Yorkshire based Ales and Cocktails.
The Carlton Towers Cocktail Masterclass will be taking place from 5pm on February 14th 2025, and costs £30 per person.
If the Cocktail Masterclass gives you a taste for more, you can add a three-course Valentine’s Day Fine Dine & Fizz Dinner to your booking.
