SMALL WEDDINGS IN A GRAND SETTING
Brides & grooms planning a small wedding for family and friends can still enjoy their special day on a grand scale thanks to new wedding packages for 2023/24 launched by Carlton Towers.
The beautiful Gothic revival style stately home in North Yorkshire is offering an Intimate Celebration for a minimum 30 guests and Candlelit Celebration targeting a minimum 60 guests.
Both packages allow the wedding parties to access the imposing, historical state rooms in the main house and the sweeping lawns and staircase to the front of the property.
Included in the per person, price is a welcome drink, a three-course meal, prepared by Carlton Towers’ chefs, half a bottle of wine per guest and a glass of sparkling wine to toast the happy couple. The services of a dedicated wedding planner, crisp table linen, use of a silver cake stand and knife plus a gold mirror and easel to display the table plan, are also included with the packages.
The Intimate Celebration at Carlton Towers costs £195 per person (including VAT) based on a minimum of 30 guests as outlined. The package is available Monday to Thursday only and exclusions apply. It is based on a commitment to book a minimum of seven bedrooms in the main house, from £112 per person based on two people sharing and includes a home cooked Carlton breakfast.
The Candlelit Celebration costs £130 per person (including VAT) based on a minimum of 60 guests, as outlined. The package is available Sunday to Thursday only, between September 2023 and March 2024 and exclusions apply. It is based on a commitment to book a minimum of seven bedrooms in the main house from £99 based on two people sharing and includes a home cooked Carlton breakfast. All prices quoted are valid until March 2024.
Reached via a long sweeping drive, Carlton Towers is nestled in the countryside, close by to the small village of Carlton, North Yorkshire and overlooks 250 acres of private parkland and woodland. It is widely recognised as one of Yorkshire’s finest country homes.
